How will I receive my purchase?

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation and access to download your digital product. A download link will also be sent to the email address used during checkout.

What should I do if the email does not arrive?

Check your spam or junk folder and confirm that you are checking the email address used during checkout. If the message still has not arrived, contact support@thefourthquarterman.com.

What format are the products?

Our current digital products are delivered as PDF files. Any additional formats or files included with a particular product will be identified in its description.

How can I use the PDF?

Depending on the product, you may be able to complete it with a keyboard on a desktop or laptop, annotate it with a stylus on a compatible tablet, or print it for personal use. Review the individual product description for specific features.

May I print my purchase?

Yes. You may print copies for your own personal use. You may not print copies for other people or distribute the digital file.

May I share the product with my group?

An individual purchase is licensed only to the original purchaser. It may not be copied or distributed to a church group, men’s group, class, business, or organization. For group-license information, contact support@thefourthquarterman.com.

How many times may I download my purchase?

Each purchase allows up to five download attempts. If you reach the limit because of a legitimate technical problem or device change, contact support@thefourthquarterman.com.

Do you offer refunds?

Are these products professional advice?
