These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of digital products offered by The Fourth Quarter Man. By purchasing, downloading, or using one of our products, you agree to these terms.
Personal-Use License
Your purchase grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download, use, annotate, and print the product for your own personal use.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property rights to you.
Prohibited Uses
Unless you have received prior written permission or purchased an appropriate group license, you may not:
- Copy or print the product for another person.
- Share or distribute the digital file or download link.
- Upload the product to a website, shared drive, social platform, file-sharing service, or online group.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or give away the product.
- Remove copyright notices, buyer information, watermarks, or other identifying marks.
- Modify, reproduce, or republish the product for commercial purposes.
- Use one individual purchase for a church group, men’s group, class, business, organization, or other multiple-person setting.
You are welcome to discuss the ideas and principles contained in the product. However, distributing copies or reproducing its pages requires written permission or a group license.

Intellectual Property
All written content, designs, graphics, prompts, exercises, branding, and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to The Fourth Quarter Man and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
“The Fourth Quarter Man,” “Finish Strong. Live Fully.,” and associated names, designs, and branding may not be used without prior written permission.
Digital Delivery and Download Access
Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to their purchase information. Download access may be limited to a specified number of attempts. If you experience a legitimate delivery or technical problem, contact support@thefourthquarterman.com.
Educational Purpose
The Fourth Quarter Man’s products are intended for personal reflection, education, encouragement, and general self-development.
They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other professional advice and are not substitutes for services provided by qualified professionals.
No specific personal, professional, financial, health, or relationship outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
All digital-product purchases are governed by our Refund Policy. Because digital products are made available for immediate download, all sales are final except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Fourth Quarter Man makes no warranties regarding particular outcomes, uninterrupted access, or compatibility with every device or software application.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Fourth Quarter Man will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of a product.
Termination
We may terminate a customer’s license or access if these terms are violated. Termination does not entitle the customer to a refund.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Any revised terms will apply to purchases made after the updated effective date is published.
