I am a senior international development professional with decades of experience helping organizations secure funding and deliver impact in fragile and underserved regions around the world. My career includes work with UNDP, World Vision, CARE Canada, and ChildFund, leading projects in conflict-affected and disaster-prone areas across Asia, Africa, and beyond.

I specialize in grants acquisition and proposal design, and in addition to my consulting function, I have taught these skills to 3rd and 4th year University students looking to broaden their job search. I bring practical, field-tested insights to help organizations compete successfully for funding.

Raised across multiple countries as a third culture kid, I bring a global perspective, deep cultural understanding, and a lifelong commitment to giving voice to those often unheard. After visiting and working in over 160 countries, my mission is to equip others with the knowledge and tools to make a tangible difference through well-designed, impactful proposals.
