Information collected

When you purchase, Payhip and Square collect information needed to process your payment and provide your download. This may include your email address, name, billing information, transaction details and technical information such as your IP address.

We receive order information needed to deliver and support your purchase. If you email us, we also receive your email address and the information you include.

Payment-card information is handled by Square. Please never send card details by email.

Why information is used

Purchase and enquiry information is used to:

• Process and deliver your order.

• Send your receipt and download link.

• Answer enquiries and resolve access problems.

• Handle refunds or complaints.

• Meet applicable legal and record-keeping obligations.

Without the required purchase information, we may be unable to complete your order or deliver your file.

Programme trackers and health information

You can complete the programme’s trackers privately. You do not need to send us your weight, cycle details, symptoms or completed worksheets.

Please avoid sending medical records or detailed health histories in purchase-support emails. If you want personalised care, contact us first for booking and privacy information.

Service providers and overseas processing

We use Payhip for the online store and digital delivery, Square for payments, and an email service for enquiries. These providers process information under their own privacy policies, and information may be stored or processed outside Australia.

Payhip’s policy describes storage in the European Union and possible transfers elsewhere. Square also describes overseas processing in its buyer privacy notice.

Cookies and technical information

Payhip and payment providers may use cookies and similar technologies for checkout, security, analytics and other purposes described in their policies.

Marketing choices

Buying the programme does not automatically subscribe you to our promotional mailing list.

If we offer marketing emails, signing up will be optional. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails. Purchase receipts and essential order-support messages are separate from promotional emails.

Access, correction and complaints
