Where are my files?

After payment, use Payhip's download page or the link in your receipt email. Check spam or promotions folders if the receipt is missing. Contact thehealingnpeducation@gmail.com with your order email if you need help. Do not buy the product again to recover a download.

Do I need to print the tools?

No. The checklists and tracker PDFs contain clickable checkboxes and typing fields. Download the PDF and open it in a compatible PDF reader. Free Adobe Acrobat Reader is recommended: https://www.adobe.com/products/reader.html.

How do I save my answers?

Fill the fields and use Save or Save As to create your working copy. Close and reopen the saved file to confirm your entries were retained. Keep the original blank file for reuse. Browser and mobile viewers vary; download the PDF to a compatible app if it will not fill or save.

How do I use the spreadsheet?

Open the XLSX file in Excel, or upload your copy to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. The tracker has tabs for Credentials, Continuing Education, and Changes and Approvals. Its header rows stay visible during vertical scrolling. Neither the spreadsheet nor PDF automatically sends reminders.

What comes with the guide?

The guide purchase includes the guide PDF and fillable New NP Master Checklist at no additional cost. The Master Checklist is also available separately. The Job Checklist and Renewal Tracker are separate products unless your chosen bundle includes them.

Which bundle should I choose?

The Tools Bundle contains the Master Checklist, Job Interview & Contract Checklist, and Credential, Compliance & Renewal Tracker, with the tracker spreadsheet. It does not include the guide. The Complete Bundle includes the guide and all three tools, plus the spreadsheet.

Are these state-specific or psychiatric-only products?

The guide and startup tools are for nurse practitioners across specialties and U.S. states. Jurisdiction-specific examples, including Texas examples, are labeled. Verify the official requirements for your state and role.

Does a purchase provide CE credit or authorize practice?

No. These are educational planning resources. They do not grant credentials, prescribing authority, payer participation, or continuing-education credit.

Can I share the downloads?

The standard purchase is for your own personal professional learning and planning. Do not redistribute the files. Contact us about team or classroom access.

Is this a medical service?

No. The Healing NP is an education brand. This store does not provide clinical care or accept patient information.
