The Healing NP is the education brand of Lakeisha Mills Walker. This notice describes information used to operate the education store at https://payhip.com/TheHealingNP. It is separate from The Healing Place Psychiatry & Wellness PLLC and its patient services.
Information collected
When you buy a product, subscribe for updates, or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, order details, payment status, billing information made available by the platform, and the information you include in your message. Payhip and payment providers process checkout and payment information. We do not receive your complete payment-card number or security code through ordinary checkout.
Payhip may collect device, browser, IP-address, cookie, and website-use information. See Payhip's policies for its own processing: https://payhip.com/privacy and https://payhip.com/cookies-policy.
Downloadable checklists and spreadsheets are filled in on your own device or your chosen software. Their completed contents are not automatically sent to The Healing NP. If you send a completed file to us for support, we receive the information you choose to share. Do not send patient information, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive records.
How information is used
We use information to deliver purchases, provide download support, communicate about orders, handle refunds and disputes, maintain business records, protect the store, and improve our resources. If you subscribe to marketing updates, we use your email address to send them. You may unsubscribe using the email's unsubscribe link or contact us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary messages about an order or support request.
Where applicable, processing is based on fulfilling a purchase or support request, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the store, or your consent for optional marketing and other consent-based processing.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be handled by Payhip, payment processors, our email service provider, and other providers necessary to deliver the service. We may disclose information where required by law, to address fraud or disputes, or to protect legal rights. We do not sell customer personal information. Providers may process information outside your state or country under their own policies and applicable safeguards.
Cookies and choices
Payhip uses cookies for functions such as checkout, accounts, preferences, and analytics. Use the store's cookie controls, where available, and your browser settings to manage cookies. Blocking necessary cookies can affect checkout or account access. The banner does not replace this notice or the policies of Payhip and payment providers.
Retention, security, and requests
We retain information only as needed for delivery, support, business records, legal obligations, and resolving disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
