These terms apply to purchases and use of educational products offered by Lakeisha Mills Walker through The Healing NP at https://payhip.com/TheHealingNP. The Healing NP is an education brand, not a representation of a separate legal entity or registered trademark. These store terms supplement applicable Payhip and payment-provider terms and do not override mandatory consumer rights.

Educational resources

Our guides, checklists, and trackers provide general educational and planning information. They are not individualized legal, regulatory, credentialing, tax, financial, insurance, or clinical advice. They do not authorize practice or prescribing, establish an employment or clinician-patient relationship, or provide certification or continuing-education credit unless a product expressly states otherwise.

Requirements vary by state, role, specialty, employer, payer, and current law. Verify requirements with official sources and obtain qualified advice for individual decisions. No agency, payer, certification body, or vendor endorses our products unless expressly documented. The Healing NP's education store is separate from The Healing Place Psychiatry & Wellness PLLC.

Purchases, delivery, and compatibility

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes and the final total are displayed at checkout. Products are digital downloads unless expressly identified otherwise. Each listing describes the files included; buying one product does not include other products except those named in that listing or bundle.

After a successful purchase, Payhip provides access to the listed files and an email receipt with a download link. Save your own backup copies. Contact us if delivery fails. We do not promise indefinite platform availability or lifetime updates.

Fillable PDFs require compatible software that supports form entry and saving. Spreadsheet templates require compatible software such as Excel or upload to Google Sheets. Browser and mobile capabilities vary. Trackers do not send automatic reminders unless expressly described. Review the listing and file instructions before purchase.

Individual-use permission

Unless a listing expressly grants broader rights, your purchase permits you to download, save, print, and complete the resource for your own personal professional learning and planning. You may make backup copies and working copies for that use. Purchases do not transfer ownership of the underlying materials.

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share the purchased files with others, or use them to create products for sale without written permission. Contact us for team, classroom, or organizational access. Official links and third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners' terms. Nothing here restricts uses that applicable law independently permits.

Updates, prices, and upcoming products

Guidance and links can change after a product's stated review date. We may correct products or update listings. Optional future products and updates are included only when expressly promised in your purchase.

Promotional offers apply according to their displayed terms and actual end dates. A Coming Soon preview is not a purchase or a delivery commitment. Any preorder must clearly describe its delivery arrangements before payment.

Refunds and support

The separate Refund Policy explains how requests are handled. Please contact thehealingnpeducation@gmail.com with your order details if you have a problem. Do not include payment-card details, passwords, or patient information.

Rights and limitations

We aim to provide useful, accurate resources, but do not guarantee employment, revenue, payer approval, regulatory acceptance, or a particular professional outcome. You remain responsible for the decisions you make and for verifying requirements that apply to you. These terms do not exclude liabilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
