This is transformative energy medicine.
A short but powerful nugget of a practice.
A curated blend of yogic tools: mudra, breath, sound and focus shifts you to a state of where frequency and an open heart determine how high you go.

Energy mastery requires dedication and practice, (which is why I make the pricing more accessible when you commit to practising more than once a week).
With training it becomes easier to hold higher frequencies for longer. This makes you more resilient and ups your vibrational baseline.
🪷How did The Lotus Heart come about?
It began as a personal experiment with kundalini yoga, sound healing and advanced yoga technologies that produced some amazing results!
🪷What results have YOU seen Hilly?
The past few years have been challenging for me. It has felt like a condensed karmic purge!! The hits came physically, emotionally, materially and karmically: within a matter of months I had a hip surgery, my husband and I lost our jobs, and after 17 years of security, we also lost the home where our children were born and almost our marriage too.
Such fundamental uncertainty, a lingering sense of anxiety plus family illness and loss was extremely triggering for me. I had a choice: to live in fear of the unknown or to open up trusting the universe has my back.
I figured that these yoga practices I had trained over the past 30 years would have to prove their worth now. It was test time. Could I really walk the walk when the going gets tough?
The yoga world we see from the outside can be mis-conceived. It's not all about bendy hippies working on their flexibility, cute nuggets of spiritual wisdom, sanskrit names, gorgeous yoga apparel, veggie food, herbal tea and women’s circles! Don't get me wrong, I love all that but there is so, so much more to it.
In difficult times yoga gives you grit. It doesn’t take away the pain or loss but it helps you find a way through and gives you the means to bounce back faster. That’s why I love it so much. I need it.
The Lotus Heart Practice was born out of a dark place.
Practising how to stay centred and calm, no matter what comes at you, and training to sit with discomfort and uncertainty is a big part of yoga that has served me well:
- It has helped me trade fear for trust
- It's given me the ability to get the timing right and know when to hold on and when to let stuff go
- It has made processing information overload easier whilst turning my creativity switch on
- It has given me a different perspective on relationship and transaction
I absolutely love diving deep into the heart because I feel the key to abundance and authenticity is there.

🪷Why do you think it's better to practise together?
The energy we create together is more powerful and we literally raise each other up. The capacity of the energetic container we build together is stronger than the sum of its parts. In short, each individual in the group benefits from feeling MORE expansion, flow, creativity and focus than they would if they practiced on their own.
🪷What is your mission?
Anchoring heart-based coherence into our communities is a way to spread more peace and love into the world and I want all beings to benefit from this. It starts with me and ripples outwards.
