Digital patterns and downloads

Due to the digital nature of PDF crochet patterns, refunds are not normally offered once the file has been downloaded or accessed. This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, or has not been supplied correctly.

Where you have agreed to receive digital content immediately and acknowledged that doing so means losing your statutory 14-day cancellation right, that cancellation right ends once access or downloading begins.

Crochet Club membership

The Pattern Scribe Crochet Club is an ongoing monthly digital subscription. You can cancel your membership at any time to prevent future subscription payments.

Membership fees already paid are generally non-refundable once access to that month’s membership content or benefits has been provided, except where required by law or where there is a genuine problem with the service.

Cancelling your membership does not refund previous monthly payments. Your access to Crochet Club membership content will end in accordance with Payhip’s subscription-access arrangements.

Any individual pattern that has been validly purchased or redeemed through your Payhip account remains subject to the terms applying to that individual digital product.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, cannot access your purchase, or there is a problem with a file, please contact me before requesting a refund. I’ll always do my best to resolve genuine problems promptly.
