About Me

I created The Peak Nutrients because I was frustrated with health advice that tells you everything is important without ever telling you what to focus on first.


After spending too much time reading conflicting nutrition content, I decided to build something different: science-backed guides that cut through the noise and show you exactly what moves the needle, based on real research.


Every guide I create follows the 80/20 principle. That means you start with the small number of habits or nutrients that deliver the vast majority of results and only go deeper once those foundations are solid.


I'm not a doctor or a registered dietitian. What I am is someone who has done the research, read the studies, and translated them into practical, honest guidance that anyone can act on without needing a medical background to understand it.


All guides come with a Science Companion that explains the evidence behind every recommendation, so you always know why you're doing what you're doing.
