Refunds & Cancellations

If you have a question about your membership, payment or a product, please contact hello@theproductiveplans.com.

Monthly and annual memberships

The T.P.P Club offers monthly and annual subscriptions. Your membership renews automatically at the price and billing frequency shown when you subscribe, unless you cancel.

Membership access starts immediately after joining.

Free trials

Monthly subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your first monthly payment will be collected at the price shown when you subscribed. Payments then continue monthly until you cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals.

To cancel through your member account:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select your profile icon and open Settings.
  3. Go to Subscriptions.
  4. Select the cancellation option for your membership.

You can also email hello@theproductiveplans.com to request cancellation. Please include the email address used for your membership so we can locate your account.

If you have difficulty cancelling, contact us for help. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling.

Access after cancellation

Cancellation takes effect immediately and ends your access to the membership and its content.

If you cancel before your free trial ends, you will lose access immediately and will not be charged for the subscription.

If you cancel during a paid monthly or annual billing period, access also ends immediately rather than continuing until the end of that period. Future subscription renewals will stop.

Unused time is not automatically refunded or credited. You may request a refund under the Refund requests section below. This does not affect your statutory cancellation or refund rights.

Refund requests

We do not offer refunds for payments already collected, including payments resulting from accidental renewal or a change of mind, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Cancelling future renewals does not automatically refund a payment already collected.

Outside your legal rights, we consider change-of-mind and accidental renewal refund requests individually. A discretionary refund is not guaranteed.

To request a refund where you believe one may be required by law, email hello@theproductiveplans.com with:

  • The email address used for your membership.
  • The payment date and order reference, if available.
  • A brief explanation of your request.

We will review your request and explain the outcome. You do not need to justify a change of mind when exercising an applicable statutory cooling-off right.

Your cooling-off rights

UK consumers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period from entering into an online contract, subject to applicable exceptions. This is separate from our free trial.

For digital content supplied immediately, a customer can lose the right to cancel that digital-content supply only where the legally required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained and the other applicable requirements met.

Simply accessing your membership does not, by itself, remove your rights.

Different rules can apply to services included in the membership, such as product support.

To exercise an applicable cooling-off right, email hello@theproductiveplans.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the form below, but you do not have to.

Where a statutory cancellation refund is due, we will issue it within the applicable legal deadline, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and without a refund fee.

Problems with a product or service

Please contact us if a spreadsheet, planner, tutorial or other included product is faulty, unavailable or does not match its description, or if there is a problem with the support we provide.

Explain what happened and include any helpful details, such as the product name and software you are using.

We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, repeat performance, price reduction or refund.

These rights are separate from our discretionary refund policy.

Customers outside the UK

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you, including applicable rights in your country of residence.
