The Trades AI Workbench sells downloadable digital products. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Cancellation of digital orders

Our products are supplied by immediate digital download. By purchasing and requesting immediate access, you expressly consent to the digital content being supplied before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel is lost once the download or access begins.

If you have not downloaded or accessed the product, please contact us promptly if you wish to discuss cancellation.

Faulty or incorrectly described products

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If a file is faulty, corrupted, materially different from its description or cannot be downloaded, please contact us at: marshall-bailesltd@outlook.com.

We will first attempt to provide a working replacement or resolve the problem. Where an appropriate remedy cannot be provided, you may be entitled to a refund.

Change-of-mind requests

Because digital products cannot be returned after they have been downloaded or accessed, we do not normally provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases once delivery has begun.
