Products and payment

Product descriptions and prices are displayed on the relevant sales page. Payment is taken through the payment methods offered at checkout. Prices may change, but changes will not affect completed orders.

Digital delivery

Products are delivered electronically through Payhip after successful payment. Buyers are responsible for entering a correct email address and having suitable software and equipment to open the supplied files.

Personal-use licence

Unless a product states otherwise, each purchase provides one non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the buyer’s own personal or internal business use.

You must not resell, redistribute, share, reproduce for sale, sublicense, upload publicly or claim ownership of the product or any substantial part of it. The product may be used within the purchasing business but may not be supplied to clients or other businesses as a standalone resource.

AI and business disclaimer

Our products provide educational information, templates and example prompts. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, employment or other professional advice.

AI-generated results can be inaccurate or unsuitable. You remain responsible for reviewing, checking and adapting every output before using or sending it. Do not enter confidential, sensitive or personal information into an AI service unless you have appropriate authority and understand that service’s terms and privacy practices.

We do not guarantee particular financial results, time savings, sales or business outcomes.

Intellectual property

All intellectual-property rights in the products and associated branding remain with The Trades AI Workbench or its licensors. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of those rights.

Refunds and statutory rights

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that limitation, we are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on unreviewed AI output, misuse of a product or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to products

We may correct errors or update products. Unless explicitly stated, purchasing a product does not guarantee access to every future edition or separately released advanced product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights that apply where they live.
