Tia Marie Wellness is a wellness brand operated by Wellness Life Roots LLC (“Tia Marie Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
We respect intellectual property rights and take the protection of our original content, publications, digital products, branding, and creative materials seriously.
This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy explains the permitted and prohibited uses of materials made available through Tia Marie Wellness.

2. Personal-Use License
When you purchase or download a Tia Marie Wellness digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your personal, non-commercial use, unless different licensing terms are expressly provided with the product.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property or copyright to you.
You may download and use your purchased product for your own personal use in accordance with the applicable product terms.
3. Prohibited Uses

The Holistic Wellness Handbook is an original publication offered through Tia Marie Wellness.
Except where otherwise identified or licensed, the original written content and proprietary materials contained within the handbook are protected intellectual property.
Your purchase gives you permission to use the handbook for your personal use. It does not give you permission to reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly post, commercially exploit, or provide copies of the handbook to others.
5. Printing for Personal Use
If a purchased digital product is provided in a printable format, you may print a reasonable number of copies for your own personal use unless the applicable product terms state otherwise.
Personal printing does not grant permission to reproduce or distribute copies to clients, students, customers, employees, organizations, groups, or other third parties.
Separate licensing may be required for organizational, educational, professional, or commercial use.
6. Sharing and Redistribution
