CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Overview
At TM SKP, all products are digital and delivered instantly upon successful payment. Due to the immediate delivery nature of our products, cancellation of orders is generally not possible once a purchase is confirmed.
2. Before Payment — Order Cancellation
If you have added a product to your cart but have not yet completed payment, you may abandon the cart at any time. No charges will be applied until payment is successfully processed.
3. After Payment — Cancellation Policy
Once payment has been processed and the product has been delivered (or made available for download), the order cannot be cancelled. This is because:
- Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be 'returned'
- The content becomes immediately accessible upon purchase
- No physical inventory is involved
4. Exceptions
While cancellations are not accepted as a standard policy, we will review and assist in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error
- Payment deducted but product not delivered: We will resend the product or process a refund
- Technical error by our platform: Any proven error on our end will be addressed promptly

6. Subscription or Pre-Orders
Currently, TM SKP does not offer subscription plans or pre-order services. All products are available for immediate one-time purchase. If such services are introduced in the future, a separate cancellation policy will apply.
