REFUND POLICY

1. Overview
At TM SKP, all products sold are digital downloadable products. Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy as a general rule.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. No Refund Policy — General Rule
All sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been delivered, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued.
This applies because:
- Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment
- The product cannot be 'returned' unlike physical goods
- The content is accessible immediately after purchase
3. Exceptions — When We Will Help
While we do not offer refunds as a standard policy, we are committed to resolving genuine technical issues. We will assist you in the following exceptional cases:
a) Payment Deducted but No Product Delivered:
If your payment was successfully processed but you did not receive the download link or confirmation email, please contact us immediately. We will resend your product without any charge. No refund will be issued in this case.
b) Duplicate Payment:
If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, we will investigate and process a refund for the duplicate charge only. The original order amount is non-refundable.
c) Wrong Product Delivered:
If you received a different product than what you ordered, we will deliver the correct product immediately. No refund will be issued in this case.
4. How to Raise a Complaint or Issue
If you encounter any issue covered under the exceptions above, please email us with the following details:
- Subject Line: Order Issue — [Your Order ID]
- Your full name and email address used at checkout
- Order ID / Transaction ID
- Description of the issue
- Screenshot of payment confirmation (if available)

5. Response & Resolution Timeline
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day
- We aim to resolve all issues within 2–3 business days
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of access to your purchased products and your account being flagged on the platform.
We are always willing to resolve genuine issues through direct communication.
7. No Refund for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Not finding the content useful or as expected
- Purchasing the wrong product by mistake (please check product details before purchasing)
- Slow internet speed causing download difficulties
