TM SKP is an exclusively digital product store. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. No physical product will be dispatched to any address under any circumstances.

2. How Delivery Works

After a successful payment, your digital product is delivered in the following ways:

- Instant Download: A download link will appear on the order confirmation/thank-you page immediately after payment.

- Email Delivery: A purchase confirmation email containing your download link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Please ensure you enter the correct email address at the time of checkout to avoid delivery issues.

3. Delivery Timeline

- Delivery is instant — available immediately upon successful payment.

- In rare cases, email delivery may take up to 10–15 minutes depending on your email provider.

- If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

4. Download Link Validity

- Your download link remains valid and accessible as long as your original purchase email/receipt is available.

- There is no expiry on your download link.

- There is no limit on the number of downloads using your original purchase link.

5. Device & Software Requirements

Our products are delivered in PDF format. To access your product, you will need:

- A smartphone, tablet, or computer

- A PDF reader application (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader, Google PDF Viewer, or any built-in PDF viewer)

- A stable internet connection for downloading

6. What to Do If Delivery Fails

If you did not receive your product after a successful payment, follow these steps:

- Step 1: Check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folder in your email inbox.

- Step 2: Search your inbox for an email from Payhip or TM SKP.

- Step 3: Revisit the checkout/order confirmation page — your download link may still be accessible there.

- Step 4: If none of the above works, email us at deepaksheoran3112@gmail.com with your order details and we will resend your product within 2–3 business days.
