Who is Rashaunda Marie

Rashaunda is a child of God. She believes that the best way to share your testimony is to live it. Born and raised in Ohio, she is the mother to a wonderful son and two fur babies. As a socially responsible entrepreneur, with a Bachelors in Advertising and Marketing, she has extensive project management, marketing, and advocacy experience.

Rashaunda launched the Collective Impact firm in 2020, which provides impactful business solutions to nonprofit organizations. Her passion for serving her community motivates her to provide resources and support to leaders dedicated to philanthropy and community development. In 2022 she was awarded a community service award from the Ohio Black Excellence Expo.

A few things that bring her joy are empowering others, helping them see their worth, spending time with her tribe, shopping at thrift stores, and repurposing furniture. Rashaunda cherishes the opportunity to inspire others to heal from trauma through her chapter, "Wounds of Rejection," featured in the anthology "If These Walls Could Talk: Stories of Surviving Childhood Trauma." In this deeply personal account, she shares her journey towards healing and wholeness.

Rashaunda is also proud to be a Visionary for the anthology "Abba’s Daughters: Everyday Women, Extraordinary God," a collection of testimonies that exemplifies women overcoming challenges with God’s help while relating to women in the bible. In collaboration with Queen Cole’s I AM Academy, this project aims to serve as a source of inspiration for others seeking to deepen their relationship with Abba, Father. Rashaunda ventures to support aspiring visionaries in compiling their powerful anthologies and becoming bestsellers who ignite purpose discovery in others.
