T.S.W. Ministries only sells digital products through this website. No physical products will be shipped or delivered.

Delivery After Payment

After successful payment, the customer will receive access to the purchased digital product through the Payhip automatic download page.

Customers should provide a valid email address when purchasing so that the purchase and digital delivery can be properly associated with their order.

Problems With Delivery

If payment was successfully completed but the customer cannot access or download the purchased digital product, please contact:

• Name
• Email address used for the purchase
• Payment or transaction reference, if available
• A description of the problem

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate delivery, access, or download problems.

If necessary, we may restore access, provide a replacement copy of the purchased digital product, or otherwise resolve the delivery issue.

Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery times may depend on the payment processor and digital-delivery platform being used. Once payment has been successfully confirmed, the digital product will be made available through the delivery method stated on the applicable sales page.
