Digital Product Refunds

Because T.S.W. Ministries sells digital products that can be accessed or downloaded electronically, customers are encouraged to carefully review the product description, details, and any available previews before completing a purchase.

Refunds are not automatically provided solely because a customer changes their mind after purchasing or downloading a digital product.

However, nothing in this policy excludes or limits any refund, cancellation, replacement, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Problems With Your Purchase

Please contact us if:

• You were successfully charged but did not receive access to the purchased digital product.
• The digital file you received is corrupted, defective, or incomplete.
• A technical problem prevents you from accessing or downloading the purchased product.
• You believe you received the wrong digital product.
• The digital product does not match the description provided on the applicable sales page.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, may restore access, provide a replacement file, or issue a refund in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase.

Refund Requests

Refunds for a change of mind after the digital product has been successfully delivered or downloaded are not generally provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
