The purchaser may:

• Print copies for personal use.
• Use memorization exercises, flashcards, and other included study materials for personal Bible study.

This licence does not transfer ownership of the digital product or any underlying intellectual property to the purchaser.

3. Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission from T.S.W. Ministries, the purchaser may not:

• Resell the digital product.
• Give, share, or distribute copies of the digital product to other people.
• Upload the digital product to websites, file-sharing services, social-media groups, messaging groups, cloud-sharing platforms, or other public or private distribution platforms.
• Reproduce the original workbook or instructional material for commercial purposes.
• Repackage the digital product or its contents and sell, distribute, or offer it as another product.
• Remove or alter copyright, ownership, licensing, or other proprietary notices.
• Claim the original instructional material or other original content as their own.
• Use the original material to create, develop, or market a competing commercial product.

4. No Transfer of Ownership

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the original instructional material, workbook design, exercises, flashcards, compilation, arrangement, written content, or other original material to the purchaser.

The purchaser receives a personal-use licence only, subject to these Terms of Use.

5. Digital Products

T.S.W. Ministries sells digital products through this website. No physical product is included unless expressly stated on the applicable sales page.

6. Product Description

Customers are encouraged to carefully review the product description, specifications, contents, and any available previews before purchasing to ensure that the digital product meets their needs.

7. Technical Requirements

The purchaser is responsible for having the equipment and services necessary to access and use the digital product, including, where applicable:

• A compatible device.
• A suitable PDF reader or other required software.
• Internet access.
• A valid email address.
• Printing equipment and supplies if the purchaser wishes to print the product.

T.S.W. Ministries is not responsible for technical limitations or access problems caused by the purchaser's device, software, internet connection, email provider, printer, or third-party service.

8. Refunds

Refunds, delivery problems, and assistance relating to purchased digital products are governed by the applicable Refund Policy and Digital Product Delivery Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

The original material contained in T.S.W. Ministries' digital products may be protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

All original instructional material, written content, workbook designs, exercises, flashcards, compilations, arrangements, and other original content remain the intellectual property of T.S.W. Ministries or their respective rights holders, as applicable.

The purchaser receives only the limited personal-use licence described in these Terms and does not acquire ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

The copyright and intellectual-property notices contained within the digital product form part of these Terms of Use.

10. Changes to These Terms

T.S.W. Ministries may update these Terms of Use from time to time when necessary.

For a particular purchase, the version of these Terms made available at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase, subject to any changes required by applicable law.
