About UNBURNT

Welcome to Unburnt

A space born from the ashes of betrayal, burnout, and the quiet strength it takes to rise when everything tries to break you.

Who We Are

Unburnt was founded from lived experience — by someone who walked through one of the darkest, most painful periods of her life. As a woman of colour and a high-performing professional, she gave everything to her work, only to face the collapse of her career, her health, and her sense of self. What began as a personal journey of survival became something more:

A quiet rebellion. A soft landing. A movement.

Unburnt is for those who are still burning — and those who are ready to rise.

What We Stand For

Reflection

Sharing real, raw stories of navigating workplace harm, including those many are too afraid to say aloud.

Support

Offering practical tools like Ashlight for private, free guidance — born from the lessons of surviving toxic work cultures.

Empowerment

Creating a growing movement where people know they are not alone, and where their worth is not defined by a broken system.

Who We Serve

  • Employees facing bullying, silencing, or burnout
  • Women of colour navigating complex power dynamics
  • Professionals seeking clarity, dignity, and healing after workplace harm

Why We Exist

Because no one should be left wondering, “Am I the problem?” when they’re surviving a system that was never built to protect them.

Unburnt exists to honour the journey from breakdown to rebirth.

To hold space for those still fighting.

And to remind every person:

You are not wrong.

You are not broken.

You are Unburnt.

A Note from the Founder

Thank you for being here.

Unburnt was born not from theory, but from the kind of pain that lives in the bones. Its founder chooses, for now, to remain unnamed — not out of fear, but to honour the space between survival and emergence. This platform is not just a project. It is a lived truth, transmuted into something gentle, clear, and quietly powerful.

May you find something here that helps you breathe again — and rise, in your own time.

With quiet solidarity,

— The Unburnt Soul behind this space
