Information and purposes

We use your email, order details and support messages to deliver downloads and manage support, cancellations and refunds, as necessary to perform our contract or take steps you request before purchase. We retain legally required tax and accounting records on the basis of legal obligation. Proportionate fraud prevention and dispute records are used for our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Without information needed for your order, we may be unable to supply it.

Service providers

Payhip hosts the store and facilitates checkout and delivery. Stripe is the connected payment provider and handles payment information under its own privacy notice: https://stripe.com/privacy. Payhip’s notice: https://payhip.com/privacy. We use Gmail, provided by Google, to receive and respond to support and privacy enquiries. Marketing and cookies

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or mailing-list tools for this store. VELA AI Studio does not send promotional marketing emails. We use email only for order fulfilment, download delivery, customer support and other necessary service messages. Payhip and its payment services may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the store, checkout and security functions. Their privacy notices explain their own practices. A purchase does not give blanket consent to optional marketing or non-essential tracking.

Data retention

We retain customer order and transaction records for as long as necessary to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, generally up to six years after the relevant financial year. Some records may need to be retained longer where required by law or in connection with a dispute.
