Our products

We supply digital downloads, not physical goods. The product page describes the files, language, features, licence and software or account requirements. Please check these before ordering. Any paid third-party tools required to use a resource must be disclosed on its product page.

Ordering and payment

Choose your product, review its description and the checkout total, correct any errors, then complete checkout through Payhip. The total and currency, including applicable taxes, are shown before you confirm payment. The contract is formed when we accept your order and issue confirmation. Keep the confirmation and a copy of these terms. Orders and support are handled in English.

Delivery

After a successful order, Payhip provides digital access or a download link through the purchase confirmation and order email. No physical delivery is included. If the download or email does not arrive, check spam and contact us with your order number.

Licence and use

When you purchase or download a VELA AI Studio product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the resource for personal purposes, within your own business, and to create original work for clients.

You may adapt templates, prompts and planning materials for your own projects and client deliverables.

You must not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or make the original downloadable files available to others, whether free of charge or for payment. You must not present the original resources as products you created.

Ownership of the original resources remains with VELA AI Studio or the relevant rights holder. Third-party software and content remain subject to their respective terms.

This licence does not restrict any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

AI resources

Prompts and educational materials do not guarantee particular outputs, earnings or business results. AI services may produce inaccurate or unsuitable content; review outputs and check permissions before using them. This does not reduce our obligation to provide content of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Cancellation and problems

See our Refund Policy at https://payhip.com/VELAAIStudio/refund-policy. A UK consumer’s digital-content cancellation right only ends when supply begins after their express consent, acknowledgement of loss of that right and the required confirmation. Faulty or misdescribed content remains subject to statutory remedies.

Privacy and complaints

See our Privacy Policy at https://payhip.com/VELAAIStudio/privacy-policy. For complaints, contact us with your order number and the issue so we can investigate and respond.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Consumers retain the protections and court rights that apply where they live. The terms provided when you order apply to that purchase; later changes do not retrospectively reduce your rights.
