Your right to cancel

If you are a UK consumer, you normally have 14 days from the day after your contract is made to cancel a digital-content purchase. If you expressly consent to supply starting during that period and acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right, that right ends when supply begins. We must also provide confirmation of your agreement. Purchasing alone does not waive these rights. If these requirements are not met, your statutory cancellation rights remain.

Problems with your download

Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a file is faulty, missing, inaccessible or materially different from its description, please contact us through the store Contact page with your order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair or replacement, a price reduction or a refund. These rights are not excluded by downloading or accessing the content.

Change of mind

Where your cancellation right has validly ended and the content meets its description, we do not offer a change-of-mind refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please contact us about duplicate purchases or other order issues so we can review them.

How to cancel or request help

Send a clear statement through our Contact page identifying the order and stating that you wish to cancel or explaining the issue. Where a cancellation refund is legally due, we will refund it without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
