4. Digital Delivery

5. Cancellation and Refunds

UK customers generally have a 14-day cancellation right for qualifying distance purchases.

Where customers expressly consent to immediate digital delivery, acknowledge the loss of their cancellation right, and the legally required conditions are satisfied, that right is lost once supply begins.

When purchasing one of our template products, the buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the included materials for their own business.

• Use completed invoices, price lists and documents in their business.
• Publish social media posts created from the templates.
• Print completed materials for normal business purposes.

Customers may not:

• Resell the original template files.
• Redistribute or share editable templates with third parties.
• Upload the template bundle to another digital marketplace for resale.
• Claim ownership of the original template designs.
• Sell the templates as a competing template collection.

This licence does not prevent customers from using or sharing their own completed business documents as part of normal business activities.

7. Intellectual Property

The original text, layouts and designs supplied by Valet Business Studio are protected by applicable intellectual property laws to the extent that such rights exist.

Purchasing a product grants the customer the usage rights described above. It does not transfer ownership of the original template files or intellectual property rights.

Third-party software, trademarks and assets remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Software Compatibility

Our templates are designed for use with the software identified in each product description.

Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files may also work with compatible alternatives.

PowerPoint templates may be imported into Canva, although formatting adjustments may be required.

We recommend reviewing the stated file formats before purchasing.

Software subscriptions, third-party services and applications are not included unless expressly stated.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Entering accurate business information.
• Checking their prices and service descriptions.
• Verifying invoice information and applicable VAT requirements.
• Safeguarding customer data entered into templates.
• Ensuring any marketing materials they publish comply with applicable law.
• Obtaining permission to use third-party photographs, branding and other protected content.

11. Problems With Digital Content
