Paul is the Founder and Group CEO of Westport Partners. As an entrepreneur and business builder, he has over 2 decades of experience sourcing, placing and developing talent within MNCs across Asia, Europe and the US.

Westport Partners’ Career Coaching is the brainchild of Paul as he is passionate to help professionals optimise their professional journey, taking their career to the new heights. He has had the privilege of working with world class clients across the globe and loves nothing more than to celebrate their victories with them over a steak and great bottle of wine.

OUTSIDE OF WORK

A dedicated family man, with a beautiful and talented wife, 3 rambunctious kids and 2 dogs that love to tear up the house. As a lifelong martial artist, boxer and athlete, Paul loves adventure, the great outdoors, travelling, eating delicious food and drink, followed by one of his favourite cigars.
