Payment card details are processed securely by Stripe. Willow Oracle does not store or have access to your full payment card information.

Customer readings, questionnaire/form responses and customer correspondence will normally be retained for 12 months.

Financial and accounting records may be retained for longer where required by UK law for accounting and tax purposes.

Once your information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted.

Willow Oracle does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Your information will only be shared where:

• It is necessary to process your payment securely through Stripe.
