1. Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years of age or over to purchase a reading. Willow Oracle reserves the right to request proof of age where appropriate.

2. Payment and Payment Method

Full payment must be received and confirmed before any reading is started.

Payments are processed securely through the selected payment provider (Stripe). Willow Oracle does not store, process or have access to customers' payment card details.

3. Delivery

Readings are currently provided by email.

The estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days from confirmation of payment.

During busy periods, seasonal promotions or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be longer. If this happens, clients will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

4. Client Information

Clients must provide:

• A valid email address.
• Their first name.
• Birth month and birth year.
• Any information requested within the customer questionnaire.
• Confirmation that they have read and accepted the Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate.

5. Acceptance of Business Policies

Before making payment, clients must confirm that they have read and accepted the following documents:

• Disclaimer
• Terms and Conditions
• Privacy Policy
• Refund Policy

By completing payment, the client confirms acceptance of these documents.

6. Refusal of Service

Willow Oracle reserves the right to refuse, decline or discontinue any reading where the request:

• Is considered inappropriate or unethical.
• Relates to illegal activity.
• Requests medical, legal or financial advice.
• Requests medical diagnosis, pregnancy predictions or predictions relating to death.
• Requests reading's that are considered to be an unreasonable invasion of another person's privacy.
• Breaches the Disclaimer or these Terms and Conditions.

If a reading is refused before it has been completed, any refund will be dealt with in accordance with the Refund Policy.

7. Interpretation of Readings

All readings are based on my personal interpretation of the tarot cards, oracle cards and/or pendulum at the time the reading is completed.

Readings are intended for guidance, personal reflection and entertainment purposes only.

No outcome, prediction or future event can be guaranteed.

Clients remain fully responsible for any decisions or actions they choose to take following a reading.

8. Prices and Promotions

Prices may be amended at any time.

Any change in price will not affect readings that have already been purchased.

Seasonal promotions, discounts or special offers may be introduced, amended or withdrawn without prior notice.

9. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Willow Oracle reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The version in force at the time of purchase will apply to that order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
