✅ Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
To start a return, please email us at hello@zenbuds.nl with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Optional: photos of the product (if damaged)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If you received free shipping, we may deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund (unless the return is our fault).
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g., opened earphones or accessories in direct contact with the ear).
🌍 International Orders
International returns are accepted, but shipping back to us must be covered by the customer.
We are not responsible for customs fees, lost returns, or delays caused by international carriers.
