In this blog I’ll be touching on my interactions with the Mantis Beings. I’ll be going into detail about my experience of their physique, how they create art, and what they shared with me about achieving levitation.
I consider myself a starseed. And maybe you do too. But would you be able to name some of the most common starseed types? There are surely many more than I could possibly list in this blog today, but let’s explore, starting with my personal encounter, and maybe a more uncommon one, the Mantis Beings.
Characteristics of Mantis Beings
The Mantis starseeds are possibly some of the most alien encounters you can think of. And although some may depict them as being somewhat humanoid, others would beg to differ.
During my experience meeting the Mantis Beings, they fully resembled the earthly praying mantis insectoids, all except for their size of course. They stood on average about 9 ft tall. Although their appearance was nearly identical to our earth insects, they did have some defining features: Here’s a small list to name a few.
Physical Appearance of Mantis Beings:
Hands and Legs: Their limbs were reminiscent of the praying mantis, folded praying arms and 4 back legs. They stood upright, but with more relation to the insect then any humanoid.
Body: Their body was similar to our earth insects, but different, for example they tend to come in a range of colors, anywhere from lilac purple to tan or dark brown and even silver.
Expressive Eyes: The eyes are the windows to the soul, or so they say. And in the case of these starseeds, it rings particularly true. Telepathy being their main form of communication, locking eyes with these beings is truly an intense, beautiful and otherworldly experience.
Fluid Movements: Mantis Starseeds are characterized by their graceful, almost dance-like movements, which reflect their harmonious gentle nature. And they do enjoy dancing as well, just in case you were wondering 😉
What Are Mantis Beings Known For?
Guardians of Knowledge: The Mantis beings are known as knowledge keepers. They are one of the most ancient races of ET’s.
Relationship to Humanity: These Extraterrestrials are known to uniquely specialize in first contact with early and developing planetary races, offering their knowledge, wisdom and oftentimes, biological/frequency upgrades and miracle healings.
My Mantis Being Experience
My Experience with the mantis people happened quite unexpectedly during a guided meditation led by the incredible Stephan Altair.
The experience started out rather tame, as he instructed us to enter a meditative state and expand our auras out into the universe. At which point he let us free and we ventured into our own experiences. I was almost immediately drawn explicitly towards a corner of the universe very quickly. And upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly and familiar face. Although I knew not how I knew them, my intuition made the jump that we’d been great friends in a past life I’d had as a Mantis Being.
I had such a great sense of comfort and love that emanated from their being, and when I perceived myself I realized my body had morphed to match theirs. I was a silver mantis being. It was both jarring and euphoric. They explained bits of their art and culture, which fascinated me, and finished giving me some practical tips on levitation (Which is one of my biggest current pursuits)
Art and Culture
Frequency Art: They explained and showed me visions of how they create art on their planet. They use their vocal cords to create unique frequencies that change and shape the artistic material that they work with. Different inflictions can expertly shift the hues and tones to match their desired outcomes, and different clicks and other noises can extrude or sink material to become the shapes they wish to create.
And while we’re on the subject, I was very inspired to create this art piece based on my experience. But before you see this, let me explain the interaction that inspired this piece. As I was about in the middle of my interaction, I started receiving some horrific flashes of blood and gore. They nearly shook me from the meditative experience and I almost pulled back, feeling deeply disturbed by the display until they stopped me in my tracks. Revealing to me that they saw us in thermal vision. Meaning that they could perceive the emotion as it was radiating throughout my being.
It was beautiful and so magical, and I immediately drew the experience, as shown below!

Their Message to Me
“Levitation can be achieved by resonating at a certain heart frequency. Much like the bee, you contain an etheric version of their hollow chest chamber. And when you perfect your “OM” you’ll resonate just so, and achieve your physical levitation.”
