• Average fulfillment time for a commission is between 1-3 weeks from payment. Complex commissions with multiple subjects can take up to 1 month.
• I retain the rights too any and all intellectual property. My art is not AI, and AI will never be used to create my work until such a time that it becomes ethical to do so.
• I accept payment plans, artwork may or may not be started until it's paid in full, this is a case by case assessment.
• I will give updates organically when I have them, but feel free to ask for progress milestones.
• I only work on weekdays. You will not receive updates on the weekend unless I choose to work those days, but I am not obligated to do so. Unless we have a prior arrangement.
• My business hours for DM's are typically 1 pm to 11 pm.
• I only issue refunds if I'm unable to finish your piece or if you happen upon an emergency situation. (To be determined)
• When I give the refund you no longer have the rights to my art and I may choose to repurpose it or resell it in some other way.
• I retain the rights to refuse service to anyone.
• If you intend to use my art for commercial purposes please be upfront and honest about it and pay the fee. It will be a lot cheeper then potentially going to court over a misunderstanding/dispute. You can choose to pay this fee at the time of purchase or come back later when it suits you.
• By purchasing digital goods from me you agree to abide by my terms of service.
• Any violation to these terms will result in a public blacklisting and or court follow up if the situation calls for it. 

So you'd like to work with me? You may be interested in my Manifestation Place Holders, or maybe you'd like to collaborate or commission artwork for your business. Lets go through this walkthrough so you get some clarity about working with me!

1.) Reading My TOS and these instructions to fully understand what information to gather before submitting your quote request (Abbreviated since experiences will vary depending on the commission).

2.) Prep your request, write down in as much detail as you like, what you'd have me draw or channel through. Feel free to make a folder on your google drive if you think I may require lots of reference images to convey theme and color schemes. (If you're interested in an MP, make sure you've read through the package options ahead of time)

3.) Take a moment to decide if this project requires me to sign an NDA. This is also a good time to think about whether this piece is for personal or commercial use. I'm pretty lenient so if you have questions write them down to ask me.

4.) Contact me with your name and phone number by emailing me or messaging my instagram @zylunaart (most active here) with a summery of your request. Short version will do, when I accept it then you can send all the details!

5.) I will give you a quote based on your request. My channeled commissions are currently going for around $900 - $1800 USD based on complexity and usage. At this time I will also provide you with any associated legal documents to be signed and agreed upon so that we have full transparency and understanding before the process is started.

6.) Once the commission has been paid in full, I will be able to start. (Unless we've agreed upon a Milestone workflow). And I will be sending out progress if applicable for tweaking and approval.

7.) My art process can take from 1 week to 2 months depending on complexity and or other external requests.

8.) Once the art is finished, I will email you the full resolution file, one with a watermark (for posting to social media) and one with a small signature (for print or commercial use depending on what was decided). and we will begin the shipping and or printing of any products bought for or with the commission.

9.) If you're unimaginably happy with it, tips are always appreciated as well! And that's the conclusion!
