We all know that compression socks are great for air travel. But did you know that compression socks can help with chronic pain and fatigue?

When I went to Disney with my family, I knew I'd need to stand and walk for long periods of time. Things that are hard for me to do. So I decided to wear my compression socks.

They worked shockingly well.

I did double my daily steps and was not incapacitated each evening with the agonizing muscular pains that usually occur. I was thankful and curious. So I did some research about compression therapy for hypermobility, chronic fatigue syndrome, orthostatic intolerance/POTS and fibromyalgia.

This mini ebook and bonus podcast episode shares what I found

  • How compression socks help with:
  • circulation
  • blood pressure regulation
  • leg swelling and fatigue
  • pain
  • energy
  • recovery (post-exertion malaise)
  • Tips for using and choosing compression socks
  • Case study I heard plus my own experience
  • Further reading

This mini ebook and podcast is a report that I can't fit on the blog yet (it's scheduled in advance) and it's too long for a blog post. A small contribution requested toward this resource is an offering toward the time and energy I spend creating these resources. Thank you for your support.
