This is not a recipe dump or macro-counting program.

What’s the difference between the 1-month and 3-month options?
Both options provide the same seat at The Well-Fed Table.
There is no difference in:
- Access
- Support
- Quality
- Experience
The only difference is time.
One month offers a focused reset and clarity.
Three months allow space for repetition, adjustment, and habits that truly stick.
Which option do you recommend?
If you’re tired of starting over, the 3-month option is recommended.
Consistency takes time, and real life doesn’t change in 30 days.
That said, both options are equally supported. Choose the length that best fits the season you’re in.
How much time does this require each week?
This experience is designed to simplify your life, not add to it.
Most participants spend:
- 60–90 minutes per week on calls and resets
- Light daily check-ins as needed
The goal is to give you time back, not take more.
Is this 1:1 coaching?
This is a high-touch small-group experience.
You receive:

What if I miss a live call?
All live calls are recorded and available for replay.
