NAVIGATING THE PERIMENOPAUSE


The perimenopause is a huge period of change in a woman's life. It signifies the rather positive ending of the faff of periods and contraception, but, it can be a pretty bumpy journey to get there. Some 75% of women have undesirable symptoms such as hot flushes, anxiety, depression, trouble sleeping, digestive upset, breast pain and so much more.


Sarah and Janet have teamed up once again to bring you a 2 hour workshop designed to support your health and symptoms around this time.


Sarah will guide you through yoga poses that are excellent during perimenopause. Yoga is great for reducing stress, improving sleep and supporting bone density.

Janet will share her tips on some of the foods that are helpful to eat more of and some that you might want to think about limiting or avoiding.


There are many ways to support the perimenopause but looking at your movement and what you are consuming is a great place to start.



THE DETAILS

Start the session with a 45 minute yoga class with Sarah, break for a herbal tea and then head into a 45 minute nutrition talk with Janet.

The session wraps up with a 15 minute mediation let by Sarah.
