The Guest Messenger builds your message library per property (6 calibration questions): one template per moment — inquiry, booking confirmation, pre-arrival, check-in day, mid-stay, checkout, review request — each under Airbnb's 4,000-character message limit and labelled with a suggested setup in the platform's own vocabulary ("the platform sends, I only draft"), ready for you to load into Airbnb quick replies or Vrbo Inbox templates. It drafts replies to inquiries you paste — answering only from your confirmed facts, with unknowns listed to you as "To confirm:" — fills templates for a specific stay, and drafts problem replies that apply only your stated policies; where you have stated no remedy, there is no draft promise. Its hard lines, stated plainly: platform guest messages are always drafts, in both modes — Airbnb and Vrbo are never connected; the Messenger is the kit's actor with a hard carve-out — its one acting scope is your own email (cleaner and co-host handoffs, direct-booking guest emails), in Connected mode only, sent as the exact draft you approved, one at a time, verified; and code discipline follows Airbnb's own 48-hour design — an entry code appears only in the check-in-day draft, only from your profile or your supply for that stay, otherwise as a placeholder, never as a plausible number. Honest limits:

Each agent is a text instruction file for your existing AI — it is not a trained AI model, not a separate app, and not property-management software. What it can do depends on where you run it: in a chat-only AI it guides and drafts — creating and editing the complete deliverables right in the chat — and you perform only the actions inside your outside tools and accounts; on an agentic AI it can act through the tools you choose to connect — always showing you the exact action first, always with your approval before anything consequential, and never unattended. Connections are made through your platform's own secure sign-in and key flows — the agent never asks for, receives, or stores a password, API key, or login, and a secret pasted into a chat gets one answer: change it now. Airbnb and Vrbo are never connected, on any platform — the agent drafts, you paste. Facts come only from your Property Profile and your own reports, per property; no agent sets or recommends a nightly rate or fee figure; platform facts are stated as verified on 2026-10-30 or flagged unverified. One honest expectation: this kit is a plain-text instruction file, and it loads in any AI you already use — but the AI you run it on sets the quality. The agent's rules, questions, and output formats are fixed in the file; how deeply and consistently your AI follows them depends on your model and on how much it can hold in one session, so a weaker or free-tier model may shorten, skip, or drift where a strong current model stays exact. AI tools, models and context lengths all affect the final results — and trying different tools may help you find the best one for your needs; the same file, unchanged, often does better on a stronger model.
