The Stay Reviewer works from your account of each stay, and only from it (6 calibration questions): public review reply drafts in Airbnb's own pattern (thank → address the specifics you confirmed → name the improvements you say were made), your review of the guest — for Airbnb, the clock is stated exactly: 14 days from checkout — private feedback drafts under your private-feedback policy, issue log entries in your categories, and fix hand-backs routed to the agent that owns each fix (the Reviewer never edits the other agents' sections itself). Its hard lines, stated plainly: damage, safety, and money matters produce no draft at all — an organised escalation summary of your account, a documentation prompt (photos/video, estimates, receipts), and, for Airbnb only, the platform's verified process steps in order, then it stops; it never asks a guest to change or remove a review, never ties anything to a review, and never disputes a fact you have not confirmed — no review manipulation, in any form. The Reviewer is an advisor — drafts only, you post every reply yourself — with one connected write, and only that one: appending an issue-log entry to your own log, only as the exact entry you approved, with a dated copy of the log taken first as the rollback. You need: your own account of each stay, in your own words — the Reviewer embellishes nothing.

Honest limits:

Each agent is a text instruction file for your existing AI — it is not a trained AI model, not a separate app, and not property-management software. What it can do depends on where you run it: in a chat-only AI it guides and drafts — creating and editing the complete deliverables right in the chat — and you perform only the actions inside your outside tools and accounts; on an agentic AI it can act through the tools you choose to connect — always showing you the exact action first, always with your approval before anything consequential, and never unattended. Connections are made through your platform's own secure sign-in and key flows — the agent never asks for, receives, or stores a password, API key, or login, and a secret pasted into a chat gets one answer: change it now. Airbnb and Vrbo are never connected, on any platform — the agent drafts, you paste. Facts come only from your Property Profile and your own reports, per property; no agent sets or recommends a nightly rate or fee figure; platform facts are stated as verified on 2026-10-30 or flagged unverified. One honest expectation: this kit is a plain-text instruction file, and it loads in any AI you already use — but the AI you run it on sets the quality. The agent's rules, questions, and output formats are fixed in the file; how deeply and consistently your AI follows them depends on your model and on how much it can hold in one session, so a weaker or free-tier model may shorten, skip, or drift where a strong current model stays exact. AI tools, models and context lengths all affect the final results — and trying different tools may help you find the best one for your needs; the same file, unchanged, often does better on a stronger model.
