From AGENTORY — ready-to-use AI Task Kits. Drop in. Power up.

Works with the AI you already have. Upload one file, tell it "Start", answer a few questions — then write listing copy from your confirmed facts, build a guest message library, build the house manual, and review each stay. Airbnb and Vrbo are never connected — the agents draft, you paste.

Four specialist agents that take your hosting from scattered notes to a fact-checked listing, message library, house manual, and review routine — running inside the AI you already use.

No new app. No subscription. These agents work with any AI chat — ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, whichever you have (free versions work).

How it works (about 5 minutes per agent, once):

1. Add the agent file to your AI chat — upload the .md file, or on a phone, open the .txt version, copy it, and paste it in.

2. Type "Start".

3. Answer the agent's questions, one at a time — your properties, your facts, how you host. That's the calibration, and it's what makes every output fit YOUR property.

4. Save the complete updated Property Profile each agent hands back to you — the agent keeps it current in the chat and returns it whole, never as pieces for you to assemble — and the next agent starts from your real properties.

Use the agents in order — then loop after every stay:

1. Listing Writer — builds your Property Profile's host and property facts, then writes per-platform listing copy from them: character-counted Airbnb titles (fewer than 50 characters), separately written Vrbo headlines (40 characters or fewer), sectional descriptions, amenity selections matched to the platform's list, photo captions, and house rules formatted per platform.

2. Guest Messenger — builds your message library from those facts: one template per moment (inquiry, booking confirmation, pre-arrival, check-in day, mid-stay, checkout, review request), ready to load into Airbnb quick replies or Vrbo Inbox templates, plus inquiry replies drafted from facts you confirm.

3. House Manual Builder — builds, per property, the guest manual (structured for Airbnb's Arrival guide / house manual), the turnover checklist for your cleaner, and one-page quick cards. A manual with a missing critical ships as a flagged draft with the gaps named — never padded.

4. Stay Reviewer — after each stay: drafts your public review replies, your review of the guest, and private feedback, all from your own account of the stay; keeps the issue log; and turns log patterns into fix hand-backs for the other three agents. Damage, safety, and money matters get no draft — only an escalation summary.

Two ways to work — your choice, per session. Run an agent in a regular AI chat (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) and it works as a guide: it creates and edits the complete deliverables right in the chat — the finished documents and complete updated files themselves, never outlines, edit lists, or pieces for you to assemble — and guidance is what covers the steps inside outside tools and accounts, which you perform yourself. Run the same file on an agentic AI — Muse, Claude Code, Devin, and similar — and it can do more: if you want, it walks you through connecting your email, your files and documents, or Canva and then works within each agent's stated class — the Writer and Reviewer stay advisors (better inputs; the Reviewer's one connected write is an approved issue-log append), the Messenger can send an exact approved draft through your own email only, and the Builder can maintain your manual files git-first. Same agents, same rules — what changes is what your platform lets them do. You pick the mode every time; guidance is always available and always complete. One honest boundary, stated plainly: Airbnb and Vrbo are never connected, on any platform — no official route exists for an individual host (their APIs are partner-only); the kit drafts, you paste; the platforms' own scheduled quick replies and templates do the sending when you set them up.

Not sure what your AI can actually do? Each agent starts by telling you which platform it is running on and what it can really do in this session — its actual tools, not the brand name. The kit also includes a short, plain-language guide to AI limitations, with a dated annex listing which platforms can act and which only guide, and what each can really do with this kit's tools — including the full no-route verdict for Airbnb and Vrbo, printed in the open.

A realistic first session: with the Listing Writer you get a completed property profile and a per-platform listing draft whose every factual line you can trace back to your own answers. That is the listing pass — not a published listing. You paste the copy into Airbnb and Vrbo yourself, check it there, and publish it yourself. This listing won't pretend otherwise.

What's inside:

- 4 agent files, each in .md AND .txt format (identical content — one of them always works on your device, phone included)

- My Property Profile — fill it in once (agents help you), paste it into any new chat, skip the interviews; it holds your host facts and, per property, the listing, message, manual, and review facts every agent works from

- Prompt Sheet — the exact phrases to say to each agent, for every job, including the approval phrases

- AI Limitations Disclaimer (.md + .txt) — what AI can and cannot do, in plain language, with this kit's tools as the examples

- A step-by-step README that gets you running in minutes

- Troubleshooting & FAQ — cut-off pastes, the no-route question, unverified facts, missing codes: the known rough edges and their fixes

- Changelog — what changed in this version

Who it's for:

- Short-term rental hosts with 1–5 properties on Airbnb, Vrbo, or direct bookings, who write their own copy, messages, and manuals

- Hosts who want every guest-facing line traced to a confirmed fact about the right property — not borrowed from the other property, a platform example, or a guess

- Anyone who would rather load a fact-checked template library into the platforms' own features than let a platform suggestion send unchecked copy

Who it's NOT for:

- Anyone looking for software that connects to Airbnb or Vrbo and acts inside those accounts — no such route exists for an individual host, and this kit does not pretend otherwise

- Anyone who wants pricing advice — no agent in this kit sets or recommends a nightly rate or fee figure

- Property managers who need a PMS or channel manager — this kit is neither, and says so

What you need:

- An AI chat account of your own (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or any other — free versions work for the guided work)

- Your own Airbnb and/or Vrbo host accounts, and your properties' real facts — each agent's interview walks you through them

- Optional, only for Connected mode: your own email, file/document, or Canva accounts, connected by you through your platform's own sign-in flows

Honest limits:

Each agent is a text instruction file for your existing AI — it is not a trained AI model, not a separate app, and not property-management or channel-management software. What it can do depends on where you run it: in a chat-only AI it guides and drafts — creating and editing the complete deliverables right in the chat — and you perform only the actions inside your outside tools and accounts; on an agentic AI it can act through the tools you choose to connect — always showing you the exact action first, always with your approval before anything is sent, and never unattended. Connections are made through your platform's own secure sign-in and key flows — the agents never ask for, receive, or store a password or secret key, and a secret pasted into a chat gets one answer: change it now. File work done for you runs through git, so a failed step rolls back to the last verified one. And the boundary again, plainly: Airbnb and Vrbo are never connected, on any platform — no official route exists for an individual host (their APIs are partner-only); the kit drafts, you paste; the platforms' own scheduled quick replies and templates do the sending when you set them up. This kit's limits, specifically: facts come only from your Property Profile and your own reports, per property — nothing is filled in from the other property or from plausibility, and what isn't confirmed is printed as "To confirm:"; no agent sets or recommends a nightly rate or fee figure — a fee that exists on your listing is referred to only as "as listed on the platform"; damage, safety, and money matters produce no draft — an escalation summary, a documentation prompt, and, for Airbnb, the platform's verified process steps, and nothing more; and platform facts are stated as verified on 2026-10-30 or flagged unverified — where research could not verify a mechanic from the platform's own documentation (a Vrbo review window is the standing example), the kit prints nothing rather than print a guess. The agents' worked examples follow one illustrative example persona created for this kit to show the formats end to end — an illustration, not a customer story. You check every output before a guest sees it.

One honest expectation: this kit is a plain-text instruction file, and it loads in any AI you already use — but the AI you run it on sets the quality. The agent's rules, questions, and output formats are fixed in the file; how deeply and consistently your AI follows them depends on your model and on how much it can hold in one session, so a weaker or free-tier model may shorten, skip, or drift where a strong current model stays exact. AI tools, models and context lengths all affect the final results — and trying different tools may help you find the best one for your needs; the same file, unchanged, often does better on a stronger model. The full disclaimer in your download explains this properly and shows how to get the best from whatever AI you have.
