General Preparation is an important piece of the jigsaw for any youth athlete. It will act as either a perfect introduction to strength and power training, give you a solid insight and platform to building more specific type of training into your training to develop your athleticism.

A golfer requires a multi-faceted programme to develop specific mobility, strength and power qualities. This programme will get the full body moving and working appropriately before you embark on strength and power development programmes respectively.

This is a 6-8 week programme. 

We are a private strength & conditioning company, headed up by an accredited S&C coach. We have worked with a broad range of athletes from amateur through to commonwealth and professional standard. We are committed to athlete development.
