- UK New Baby Admin Planner (fillable A4 PDF, 26 pages). An admin timeline, registering the birth (with the time limits for each UK nation), adding your baby to things, a passport page, Child Benefit, Tax-Free Childcare and funding, a monthly baby budget, savings, a leave planner and calendar, an employer contact log, returning to work, childcare comparison, who to tell, insurance, will and guardian prompts, key documents and contacts. Admin only: no medical advice.
- "If Something Happens to Me" Family Emergency Organiser (fillable A4 PDF, 36 pages). Write down what your family would need to find: who to call, where your will is kept, who you bank and insure with, pensions, bills, the home, pets and your wishes. It records where to find things, not passwords or account numbers.
Costs less than buying the files separately.
Both are written for the UK, with notes where England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland do things differently. They point you to GOV.UK, mygov.scot, nidirect and other official sites for current rules, rather than listing rates, fees or deadlines that change.

How it works
- Digital download. Nothing physical is posted.
- Straight after you pay, you'll be taken to your download page, and you'll also get an email with your download link.
- The planners: type straight into the fillable fields and tick boxes using a PDF app that supports forms, such as the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, then save. Or print on A4 and fill them in by hand. Some browser and phone PDF viewers don't save form entries. If that happens, use Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- The images show made-up example entries. You get blank files.
- A4 size. The PDFs print on US Letter with "fit to page", but they're written for the UK.

These are admin planners for your own records. They don't give medical, health, feeding or sleep advice. For questions about your health or your baby's, speak to your midwife, health visitor or GP, or call NHS 111. They aren't legal, tax or financial advice either, and the family organiser is not a will, a power of attorney or any other legal document. For wills, guardianship, powers of attorney or insurance, speak to a solicitor or a regulated adviser.
Keep them safe
Once filled in, these files will hold personal information. Store them somewhere secure and don't write full account numbers, PINs or passwords in them.
How these were made
I designed these planners and chose their contents, which were checked against official guidance. I used AI tools to help draft some of the wording and to help build the files. Every page was checked, and the fillable fields were tested, before release. There are no AI-generated photos or illustrations.
Digital download and cancellations
This is digital content, available to download straight after purchase. At checkout, you'll be asked to agree that the download can start immediately and to acknowledge that you then lose your 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
