Filthy Floor (beg-int) 

Learn a sexy, filthy, slinky Floorwork routine. This choreography will include some floor tricks (with progression and regressions available) and will involve the pole.

Make sure you bring lots of water, snacks, your grip aid, a notepad, and something to record with. This class is ONE HOUR.
