How is Life Coaching different to Therapy?
Therapy focuses on healing past wounds and addressing mental health challenges, it delves into your history to better understand how past experiences impact your present.
Life Coaching on the other hand, is forward-focused, helping you to set goals and create a roadmap for your future.
While emotional issues may arise with both of these, life coaching is not designed to address any psychological issues.
Will life coaching really help me?
Most definitely! I have a lot of clients that have found my life coaching to be transformative. I have had clients that have gone from not being able to speak publicly, to leading boardroom pitches, clients who have completely changed their outlook on life and clients that have gone from being at a very low point in their life, to finally finding their passions, purpose and happiness again.
