Before finding my passion, I worked the typical 9-5 in the corporate world. After realising that I needed to life my life to the fullest doing something I enjoy, I left this world to pursue a career in fitness and bodybuilding. This is a still a world that I am very much involved in and love dearly.
However, I always knew I had a bigger calling in life, which lead me down the path of Holistic and Spiritual Healing Practices.
I believe that I am here on this earth to serve a higher calling.

Doing posing with sessions with Stella has helped give me the extra boost in confidence that I need, she gives checklists and tasks to work on so that your not repeating mistakes and offers ways to help work on posture or getting into certain poses that might be difficult.
She addresses all the aspects needed like poise, precision, presentation and gives you the confidence to deliver them seamlessly.
