• How to know if your breastfeeding baby is eating enough
• When to ask for help- what is considered normal when breastfeeding and what is not.

Many women start learning about breastfeeding only after birth and once things have gotten to be difficult. That may be where you're at right now and this course can help with technique issues as well as with knowledge and correct information regarding breastfeeding. If you haven't given birth yet, this is your chance to learn about breastfeeding in advance and hopefully prevent breastfeeding difficulties.

I will teach you about newborn babies' eating habits, how to recognize hunger cues, you'll learn about different breastfeeding positions and will better understand how breastfeeding works, regarding the woman's body and milk production and your baby's needs. You'll learn about basic breastmilk pumping and about the connection between breastfeeding and birth-control.

Women who prepare for breastfeeding in advance know what to expect and have less difficulty feeding their baby.
