Architecture of Relocation™: Choose Your Hard
The sea, the architecture, the food, the possibility of a different pace. There are good reasons to want a life in Europe. There are also practical questions that deserve attention before money is committed and boxes are packed.
What would an ordinary month cost? What would you need nearby? Where would company, purpose and support come from? Which parts of your current life would you miss more than you expect?
Architecture of Relocation™: Choose Your Hard gives you a structure for working through those questions. It helps you connect the appeal of a destination with the daily life you would actually be building there.
Planning Your Move to Europe
A self-paced course with the complete book and fillable workbooks to help you compare your options, clarify your priorities and decide your next steps.
You may have chosen a country already. You may have several possibilities and a growing collection of property listings. Either way, there is a life to work out beyond the address.
This course helps you examine what you want from a move, what everyday life would require and which compromises you are prepared to make. Bring your questions, research and expectations together in a written relocation decision you can act on.
Launch price: €149 until 27 October 2026 at 23:59 CET. Standard price: €249.
One-time payment. Downloadable PDFs, with a suggested four-week rhythm.
What You Will Leave With
By working through the course, you will build:
- A clearer account of why you want to move and what you expect to change.
- A set of priorities to guide your research and comparisons.
- A practical picture of your first year, including costs, routines and support.
- A record of the trade-offs you can accept and the conditions that matter most.
- A Relocation Decision Dossier bringing your findings and next steps together.
You will also identify what you still need to find out. Knowing which questions remain unanswered helps you direct your research and seek the right professional advice before committing.

Is this course for you?
This course is for people considering a move to Europe who want to examine the decision before committing, and for those already planning a move who need to bring their research into a clearer structure.
You can begin with a chosen destination, several competing options or an idea that still needs definition. Previous experience abroad is useful, but a different stage of life can bring different priorities.
The course is most useful when you are willing to research your circumstances, question assumptions and put your answers on paper. It provides a decision-making framework; destination-specific immigration, tax and legal questions require separate, qualified advice.
The experience behind the course
Created by Maggie Mark and Pete Kai Cunliffe, co-founders of Neartú Advisory. Together, they combine lived experience with an analytical approach to examining options, uncertainty and consequences.
Maggie brings more than 27 years of first-hand experience living across Europe and the United States, master’s degrees in Finance and Marketing, and certification as a Master Business Coach. Her experience informs the course’s attention to both the practical demands of relocation and the life a person hopes to build.
Pete contributes expertise in systems thinking, forecasting and structured decision-making. His perspective helps bring a disciplined approach to comparing possibilities and examining the assumptions behind a plan.
Questions before you begin
Do I need to have chosen a country?
No. You can use the course to examine an existing plan or establish the priorities you will use to compare destinations. Begin with what you know and identify what needs further research.
Can’t I research a move myself?
Yes, and your own research remains essential. The course gives that research a structure, helping you decide which questions matter, compare your findings and connect them to your priorities.
Do I have to finish in four weeks?
Four weeks is the suggested rhythm. Work at your own pace and allow time for the research, conversations and reflection that your answers require.
Is this a video course?
It is a PDF course built around reading, practical exercises and fillable workbooks. The documents can be downloaded so you can work through them and save your answers.
Is the book included?
Yes. You receive the complete Architecture of Relocation™: Choose Your Hard book alongside the course guides, workbooks and supporting documents.
What if I decide against moving?
The work can support a decision to move, prepare for later or stay. Its purpose is to help you understand your options and the reasoning behind your choice.
Does the price include private consultations?
The €149 launch price is for the self-paced course. Private advisory is available separately if you would like individual help working through your circumstances.
