Products and delivery

All products currently sold through this store are digital. No physical book or other printed material will be shipped.

The product description explains what is included, the file format and the delivery method. After successful payment, Payhip provides purchase confirmation and access instructions using the email address entered at checkout.

Courses may require a customer account to access their materials. Our current relocation course consists of downloadable reading materials and fillable workbooks.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed on the product pages. Applicable taxes and the total payable are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Payments are processed through Payhip and its supported payment providers. Promotional prices apply only during the stated offer period. Price changes do not affect completed purchases.

Personal-use licence

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may download the files onto your personal devices, keep a backup and print a copy for your own use. You may complete and save the workbooks.

You may not share, forward, upload, distribute, resell or sublicense the materials, or make your course account available to others. Use in a business, classroom, consultancy, membership programme or other commercial setting requires prior written permission.

Copyright

Copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with the respective authors and rights holders. Purchasing a product does not transfer those rights.

Except where permitted by law or written permission, the materials may not be reproduced, republished, translated, adapted or incorporated into another publication, course or commercial product.

Information and individual advice

Once digital content has been supplied and any applicable withdrawal right has lawfully ended, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered. This does not limit your rights where content is defective, inaccessible or materially different from its description.

For duplicate purchases, incorrect files or access problems, contact us with your product title and order number so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Editions and updates

Your purchase covers the edition and materials described when you ordered. Future editions, additional products and private advisory services are not included unless expressly stated.

Any access period specifically advertised on a product page forms part of your purchase.

Liability and consumer protections

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections.

Our materials cannot guarantee a particular relocation, property, financial or personal outcome.
