If you are studying the Arctic this is a fun way to introduce some relaxation techniques into your classroom. This lesson is in the form of a story and the children are taught breathing techniques, yoga poses and simple mindfulness in order to help them to help them to relax. Simply go through the techniques with them then read the story script to activate the magic.
Mindfulness and relaxation have been proven to increase children's concentration, create a calmer atmosphere and even increase attainment. It is a wonderful addition to any setting.

They also include a fun script for you to read through which incorporates all the techniques learned into an enjoyable, relaxing story which is completely age appropriate.
