Beyond Alcohol has been designed to assist you to move beyond the addiction of alcohol and achieve your goal of being healthy and sober. You can do it. You will do it. And being sober will become your reality.

The recording begins with a progressive muscle relaxation process to calm and relax you. Positive and helpful suggestions are then made to the subconscious mind about you now choosing to be sober and leaving behind the old habit of drinking to excess. We also visit the control room in your mind where you are able to turn off the alcohol switch as well as turning up your self-belief and motivation.

What happens when you listen to the recording? You enter a state of deep relaxation similar to what you experience just before you drift off to sleep and when you first wake up. It is a completely natural and healthy state to be in. In this relaxed but focused state, you simply listen to the helpful, positive and therapeutic suggestions that are made and it is your choice whether you accept or reject those suggestions. You will remain aware of your surroundings and be in complete control at all times.
