The recording begins with a progressive muscle relaxation process to calm and relax you, then positive and empowering suggestions are made to the subconscious mind.

 

What happens when you listen to the recording? You enter a state of deep relaxation similar to what you experience just before you drift off to sleep and when you first wake up. It is a completely natural and healthy state to be in. In this relaxed but focused state, you simply listen to the helpful, positive and therapeutic suggestions that are made and it is your choice whether you accept or reject those suggestions. You will remain aware of your surroundings and be in complete control at all times.

 

If time restrictions make it difficult to listen to the audio file during the day, you may choose to play it at night while you sleep.
