What happens when you listen to the recording? You enter a state of deep relaxation similar to what you experience just before you drift off to sleep and when you first wake up. It is a completely natural and healthy state to be in. You will remain aware of your surroundings and be in complete control at all times.
Throughout the recording, all that is required of you is to listen and allow yourself to just be, as you are gently guided through a progressive muscle relaxation exercise, allowing you to completely relax from head to toe.
You may use the recording at any time during the day, or listen to it at night and allow it to guide you into a deep and restful sleep.
